- W2977499855 abstract "본 연구의 목적은 대학생들의 자기주도학습, 자기효능감이 이들의 주관적 행복에 미치는 영향을 규명하고자 한다. 이론적 고찰을 통해 세부 연구 문제를 설정하고 이를 검증하기 위하여 수도권 소재 2.4년제 대학생을 모집단으로 선정하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 자기주도학습의 인지적 요인과 자기효능감은 주관적 행복의 자아존중감 향상에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자기주도학습의 환경적 요인과 자기효능감은 주관적 행복의 내적성장 만족에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자기주도학습과 자기효능감은 주관적 행복의 부정정서 감소는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구 결과에 근거하여 대학생들의 주관적 만족과 관련되는 요인들 사이에 구조적 관계를 확인할 수 있었고, 선행요인인 자기주도학습과 지기효능감이 갖는 의미와 효과 크기를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 주관적 행복의 자기존중감은 행복에 직접적으로 영향을 끼치고 있다는 사실을 통해 학교차원의 제도적인, 물리적인 환경에 대한 지원도 중요하지만 학생 개개인의 자아존중감과 자기효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 다양한 방안을 마련하여 대학교육에 반영해 나갈 필요가 있음을 강조하고자 한다.The objective of this study is to examine the effects of self-directed learning and self-efficacy of college students on their subjective happiness. Through the theoretical consideration, detailed research questions were set up. In order to verify them, students at two and four-year-colleges in the capital area were selected as the study population, and a survey was conducted. In terms of the results of this study, first, cognitive factors of selfdirected learning and self-efficacy had positive effects on the improvement of self-esteem of subjective happiness. Second, environmental factors of self-directed learning and self-efficacy had positive effects on satisfaction with internal growth of subjective happiness. Third, self-directed learning and self-efficacy did not have significant effects on the decrease of negative emotions of subjective happiness. Based on such results, this study could verify the structural relations between factors related to the subjective happiness of college students, and examine the size of effects and meanings of preceding factors such as self-directed learning and self-efficacy. As the self-esteem of subjective happiness has direct effects on happiness, it is important to support the institutional/physical environment at the school level. However, this study also aims to emphasize the necessity to establish diverse measures for the improvement of selfesteem and self-efficacy in individual students, and also to apply these meesures to college education." @default.
