EnglishThe giant inguinoscrotal hernia containing stomach is now an exceptional fact. It usually manifests as a mild or moderate abdominal condition and is diagnosed by chance as a radiological finding. The treatment of this entity represents a real therapeutic challenge for the surgeon and requires a multidisciplinary approach; to avoid the complications generated by forced reinsertion of the viscera from the hernia sac into the abdominal cavity due to the loss of the domicile right. We present a case of bilateral giant inguinoscrotal hernia containing on the right side the gastric antrum and on the left side, small and large intestine loops, in a 70-year-old male patient, who manifested by abdominal pain and nausea of 15-day of evolution. We perform a review of the aspects related to epidemiology, cynical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of this exceptional pathology." @default.
