- W2981183669 abstract "This paper proposes a threshold tuning approach for generation of multi-scroll chaotic attractor from a simple state-dependent switched system. First, the canonical Lu system and a modified Lu system are used as two subsystems and a state-dependent switching law is set to construct the switched system and to illustrate the working mechanism of the proposed method. Then, the switched system is comprehensively analyzed based on its equilibrium points and the corresponding eigenvalues. It has been shown in theory that the proposed switched system can generate 2-3-4-scroll chaotic attractors by tuning the thresholds. Meanwhile, for some typical parameters, the dynamic behavior of the state-dependent switched system is verified with the phase portraits, bifurcation diagrams, Poincare sections and maximum Lyapunov exponents, respectively." @default.
