• W2981569891 abstract "تعد الشراکة المجتمعيةمن الموضوعات المهمة التي طرحت بقوة في السنوات الأخيرة، وخاصة في الدول المتقدمة کأمريکا وبريطانيا وأستراليا، کاتجاه عالمي معاصر أکدت عليه الدراسات الحديثة؛ نتيجة للتحولات العالمية المتسارعة، والتغيرات المجتمعية المتلاحقة، وکإحدى الاستراتيجيات التي تعمل على حل مشکلات المجتمعات وتلبية احتياجاتها، بالإضافة إلى تأکيد الکثير من عمادات خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر بالجامعات السعودية ضمن أهدافها على إقامة علاقات شراکة بين الجامعات ومؤسسات المجتمع، ومع ذلک فإن هذه الشراکة مازالت محدودة وضعيفة في الواقع، ولا تتناسب مع قدرات الجامعات واحتياجات المجتمع؛ لذا فقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تفعيل هذه العمادات للشراکة المجتمعية في ضوء بعض النماذج العالمية. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهجالوصفي التحليلي، وتناولت خدمة الجامعة للمجتمع من حيث أهميتها ومراحلها ومجالاتها، وعمادات خدمة المجتمع والتعليم المستمر بالجامعات السعودية من حيث رسالتها وأهدافها وخدماتها، والشراکة المجتمعية من حيث أهميتها ومتطلباتها ومعوقات تطبيقها، وتم عرض عدة نماذج عالمية للشراکة المجتمعية في مجالات مختلفة. ثم توصلت الدراسة إلى وضع رؤية مقترحة لتفعيل عمادات خدمة المجتمع للشراکة المجتمعية في ضوء بعض النماذج العالمية من خلال ستة مجالات وهي: التوعية بأهمية الشراکة، والشراکة التعليمية، والتأهيل والتدريب، والشراکة البحثية، والاستشارات العلمية، والخدمة العامة. Social partnership is an important issue that has been widely viewed in recent years by many studies, especially in developed countries such as the United States, Britain and Australia, as a modern global approach. This view towards social partnership as one of the strategies that can help resolve the problems of societies and meet their needs has resulted from the rapid global transformations and successive social changes. In this regard, several deanships of community service and continuous education at Saudi Universities have set as one of their objectives the establishment of partnerships between these universities and community institutions; however, on the ground, this partnership is still limited and weak, and it neither reflects the potential of the universities nor the needs of the community. Therefore, the aim of this study was to offer a proposal for the deanships to activate this social partnership in the light of some international models. The study used the descriptive analytical method, and addressed the university's service to the society in terms of its importance, stages and fields. It also looked at the role of the deanships of community service and continuous education at Saudi universities in terms of their mission, objectives and services. Furthermore, the study discussed the issue of social partnership in terms of its importance, requirements and obstacles. The study has also presented several international models for social partnership in many domains. The study concluded with the development of a proposed vision for the deanships of community service towards activating social partnership in the light of some international models in six areas: awareness of the importance of partnership, educational partnership, training, research partnership, scientific consultation and general service." @default.
