- W2982551054 abstract "血性乳頭分泌を主訴に来院した，45歳の女性．マンモグラフィーでは有意な所見を認めなかったが，乳腺超音波検査で右乳房内側上方の乳管拡張が著明で一部に1cmほどの充実腫瘤を形成していた．病変の広がる腺葉の範囲を同定する目的で乳管造影を行った．乳管に造影剤を注入した後にCTで撮像することで乳腺内の拡張乳管の広がりを立体的に描出できた．乳管洗浄細胞診でクラスVと診断された．一部に浸潤巣を伴う非浸潤性乳管癌疑いと診断し，確定診断のための生検と治療を兼ねて乳管腺葉区域切除術を施行した．3D-CT乳管造影画像を実物大に印刷し，手術時に病変の範囲を体表に投影して切除範囲決定の参考とした．広範に広がる非浸潤性乳管癌と一部浸潤して硬癌となっていた病変を一元的に切除しえた．病変の範囲がわかりにくい非浸潤性乳管癌症例で乳管腺葉区域切除術を行う際に有効な手法と考える．" @default.
