The AgOTf/NFSI catalytic system was identified in the cycloisomerization of tryptamine‐ynamide to spiro[indoline‐3,4′‐piperidine] derivatives. The substrate tolerances were demonstrated by various synthetic substrates and commercially available nucleophiles.
