- W2989779979 abstract "In order to realize the ultra-light design of large-caliber splicing mirrors, based on the analysis of the existing design schemes, a method of integrated mirror support and drive design is proposed, combined with mirror optical precision and surface accuracy and position adjustment. Accuracy requirements, support and drive adopt a structure based on a six-bar parallel mechanism, and use flexible links to achieve long-term elongation or shortening of the degree of freedom release; high-precision mirror shape requirements and posture adjustment requirements for support and drive the integrated structure proposes the strict constraints, that is, the objective of maximizing the range of attitude adjustment and the optimal shape of the mirror in the deformation range of the flexible structure. Therefore, a multi-parameter integrated analysis method based on optical requirements is proposed, which utilizes multi-software synthesis. The analysis accurately obtains the specific parameters of the flexible link, ensuring that the precision of the high-precision surface of the mirror remains unchanged when the support rod adjusts the posture of the mirror with high precision. The analysis results show that the stitching mirror assembly with support and drive integrated design has a fundamental frequency of >200Hz, and the mirror shape is better than 12nm. It can realize the rotation range of the mirror by ±48″ and the adjustment accuracy within 25um." @default.
