Multipole Fano resonances arise from the interference between magnetic dipole and subradiant resonances and can be tailored by adjusting geometry. Considering narrow line-width with large field confinement, maximal quality-factor exceed 2750 with the modulation depth reaching nearly 100 %, and bulk refractive index sensitivity exceed 1900 nm/RIU with figure of merit reaching 2576. Our findings enable the engineering of nonlinear response of Fano-type nanoparticle arrays that are relevant to applications ranging from sensors to nonlinear effects." @default.
