- W2993839309 abstract "In this work, the main application performance of bentonite-based bismuth ferrites (BiFeO3-Bi2Fe4O9/Bent) has been studied. Based on the characterization, the internal reasons for the application performance of composite were analyzed simply. It was found that BiFeO3-Bi2Fe4O9/Bent had excellent adaptability in high pH range, and could be used at near-neutral pHs. BiFeO3-Bi2Fe4O9/Bent had a significantly higher activity than BiFeO3, and possessed a high settleability. It was further found that BiFeO3-Bi2Fe4O9/Bent had an excellent reusability and a long-term stability in the photo-Fenton process. The possible mechanisms in photo-Fenton system catalyzed by BiFeO3-Bi2Fe4O9/Bent under visible light were analyzed, and a Z-scheme mechanism was proposed in the present work. The prepared BiFeO3-Bi2Fe4O9/Bent was an effective and excellent photo-Fenton catalyst under visible light irradiation." @default.
