- W2994730557 abstract "【背景】Open wedge high tibial osteotomy（以下OWHTO）における深部静脈血栓症（以下DVT）の発生に関する報告は最近増えてきているが，そのほとんどは術後に抗凝固薬を使用しているため，今回術後抗凝固薬を使用しなかったOWHTOにおけるDVTの発生について検討した．【対象と方法】対象は2017年10月～2018年10月まで当院で施行したOWHTO16例とし，DVTの発生率とDVTあり群となし群とで年齢，BMI，Kellgren-Lawrence分類，術前FTA，矯正角度，手術時間，ターニケット駆血時間，術後3～5日目のHb低下量とDダイマー値，トランサミン使用の有無を比較検討した．【結果】DVTは16例中7例（44％）に発生し，全て末梢型であった．また，DVTあり群となし群とではどの項目とも有意差は認めなかった．【考察】本研究の限界として症例数が少ないことが挙げられるが，少なくとも術後抗凝固薬を使用した諸家の報告と比較しDVTの発生率はほとんど変わらなかった．" @default.
