- W2995076181 abstract "平成30年7月豪雨において山口県の島田川水系東川が流れる岩国市獺越地区では土石流と河川氾濫が発生した．本研究では，獺越地区を対象に被災直後から踏査による被災状況の記録とUAVを用いた現地調査を行った．また，災害時のオルソ画像を作成し，獺越地区の土石流解析，流出解析および洪水氾濫解析を行った．その結果，獺越地区の河川氾濫は土石流によって運ばれた土砂・流木が河川に流入したことによる河床の著しい上昇と，橋脚に流木が挟まったことによる流水の阻害によって引き起こされたことが明らかとなった．また，土石流の発生が無ければ河川氾濫は発生しなかった可能性が極めて高く，土石流が直接河川に流入することが想定される河川区間では大量の土砂・流木が流入することを想定した河川管理が必要であることが示唆された．" @default.
