Çalışmada, günümüzün modern yaşantısında vazgeçilmez bir yere sahip olan alışveriş merkezlerinin performans ölçüm problemi ele alınmıştır. Ele alınan problem için, alışveriş merkezlerinin, performans ölçümünün, çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri uygulanarak yapılmış çalışmaların incelenmesi ile birlikte genel durum analizi yapılmıştır. Bu araştırmadaki çalışmalar konular bağlamında incelendiğinde üç bölüm altında, toplam altmış sekiz çalışma olarak incelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalarda makaleler, yüksek lisans ve doktora tezleri bulunmaktadır. Çalışma sonucunda, literatürdeki açıklar tespit edilmiştir." @default.
