The management of zakat funds in the context of developing the people's economy, needs to be directed as a means of equitable distribution of people's prosperity and solving the problem of poverty of the people. Productive zakat management conducted by Rumah Salman ITB is implemented in the form of a microfinance program called Community Based Sharia Microfinance (MISYKAT). One of the obstacles or problems that occur is the role of Rumah Salman Charity as LAZ which has not been optimal for the increase in the productive sector so that it has not had an impact on the welfare of the people in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the MISYKAT Rumah Amal Salman ITB program and its impact on the level of welfare mustahiq in the Rumah Salman Amal ITB. In this study using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach with a Likert scale tool. The data used are primary data obtained through a survey of the sample of respondents who are mustahiq fostered by Rumah Amal Salman ITB. The conclusion of this study is the utilization of productive zakat in Rumah Salman ITB through the MISYKAT program has had a positive impact on mustahiq with the assistance in the form of venture capital, has been pro-active and targeted to the mustahiq in accordance with applicable regulations. Likewise, the welfare of mustahiq at Rumah Amal Salman ITB also had a positive impact with the MISYKAT program. This is evident from the results of the score on the responses mustahiq on indicators of economic aspects, educational aspects, religious aspects, and social aspects. Keywords: Productive Zakat and Welfare Abstrak . Zakat merupakan salah satu pendekatan Islam dalam pengentasan kemiskinan dan pencapaian pemerataan kesejahteraan. Pengelolaan dana zakat dalam rangka pengembangan ekonomi umat, perlu diarahkan sebagai sarana pemerataan kemakmuran rakyat dan pemecahan masalah kemiskinan umat. Pengelolaan zakat produktif yang dilakukan Rumah Amal Salman ITB diimplementasikan dalam bentuk  program pembiayaan mikro yang disebut dengan Microfinance Syariah Berbasis Masyarakat (MISYKAT). Salah satu kendala atau permasalahan yang terjadi adalah peranan Rumah Amal Salman sebagai LAZ yang belum optimal terhadap kenaikan sektor produktif sehingga belum memberikan dampaknya terhadap kesejahteraan umat di wilayah Kota Bandung. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peran program MISYKAT Rumah Amal Salman ITB dan dampaknya terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan mustahiq di Rumah Amal Salman ITB. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan alat bantu skala likert. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang didapatkan melalui survey terhadap sampel responden yang merupakan mustahiq binaan Rumah Amal Salman ITB. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pendayagunaan zakat produktif di Rumah Amal Salman ITB melalui program MISYKAT sudah memiliki dampak yang positif bagi mustahiq dengan adanya bantuan berupa modal usaha, sudah pro-aktif dan tepat sasaran terhadap para mustahiq sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Begitupun kesejahteraan mustahiq di Rumah Amal Salman ITB juga berdampak positif dengan adanya program MISYKAT.
