- W3003489076 abstract "The reliability assessment finds its wide applications in power system, and has been extensively studied in recent years. However, the reliability of extreme weathers is determined by multi factors. Human error exerts a significant impact on the reliability of power system. Previous researches usually focused on analyzing the impact of a specific type of extreme weather instead of combing it with other related factors. Therefore, to precisely and comprehensively assess the reliability of power system, we should focus on the multi-factors reliability assessment considering human performance and extreme weather. This paper proposed a combined method to integrate the extreme weather reliability into human reliability evaluation. An extreme weather reliability assessment method and a human reliability evaluation approach are introduced. Moreover, to assess the integrated reliability which containing both extreme weather and human reliability, a modified method of power system is introduced. This method considers the integrated reliability of transmission lines. Numerical studies are presented to indicated the human performance impact. The application of the proposed method proves the practicality, validity and effectiveness of the integrated reliability assessment method combining extreme weather with human error." @default.
