- W3004899059 abstract "Traditional camshaft grinding has low accuracy and efficiency. In this study, the reduction ratio of the workpiece rotation speed in the non-circular section and the maximum feeding speed, acceleration, and jerk of the grinding wheel were determined by analyzing the camshaft mathematical model and the limitation of the system drive capability. The control method for the forward and reverse synchronous acceleration and deceleration of the grinding wheel was proposed, and the cam rotation speed at key points was obtained. Subsequently, the linear approximation model of the Takagi-Sugeno fuzzy control of the cam rotation speed was determined according to the liter value and the acceleration curve. Furthermore, this study constructed a fuzzy rule parameter table, determined the antecedent and consequent parameters, and optimized and predicted the rotation speed curve of the camshaft. Finally, the above algorithm was programmed, simulated, and then tested by transplanting it to a camshaft grinding machine based on the Siemens 840D SL numerical control system. Test results demonstrated that the camshaft lift error of the proposed method could be controlled within ±0.015 mm, and the cam surface roughness reached Ra0.25 µm. The processing time of one camshaft with four cylinders and eight blades was 120 s. The proposed method is conducive to realizing precise, high-efficiency, and stable camshaft grinding." @default.
