- W3007661180 abstract "Micro Vehicles (MAVs) are small sized Unmanned Aerial Vehicles with applications in the fields of surveillance, Disaster management, remote sensing, Environmental monitoring etc. In this project, we are interfacing Pressure sensor and 9-DOF MPU sensor for estimation of flight parameters such as pressure, temperature and altitude from pressure sensor. Using MPU sensor we can estimate the accelerometer and gyroscope values to control direction of MAV. The ARM Cortex -M4 processor based Discovery board uses Inter Integrated Circuit (I2C) and communication protocol to extract the raw values of these varying parameters from the sensors. The raw values of each sensor are processed individually to obtain the calibrated parameters. The critical flight dynamics parameters, Roll, Pitch and Yaw, are calculated using the obtained calibrated values. These continuous real-time values obtained from the sensors are estimated." @default.
