- W300804921 abstract "常温煙霧 (NH) および静電式常温煙霧 (EF) による chlorothalonil (TPN) の拡散や葉の表裏への付着効率をイムノアッセイ (IA) キットを用いて検討した. 各200m2のナス栽培施設の中央入口付近に各煙霧機を設置し, 片側2畝中の6地点の上, 中, 下位葉の各表裏を被覆し, 20倍希釈液のダコニール®1000 (TPN 40%) を1l散布した. 翌日各葉から径5cmのディスクを打抜き10mlのメタノールでTPNを抽出し検定試料とした. 中位葉の試料はHPLCでも検定した. 本 (IA) 法の結果は97% (80～113%) の再現性を示した. また本法とHPLCの結果には強い相関関係 (r=0.987) が認められ, 本法はHPLCと同等の検出感度 (5ng/cm2) でより迅速・簡便であった. 本法を用いて各地点でのTPNの付着量を測定した結果, 葉の表への付着は両煙霧ともに同程度であったが, 裏面ではEFのほうがより多くの付着が認められ, 静電式の効果と考えられた. また本法を用いて両煙霧によるTPNの施設内拡散の程度も調査可能であった." @default.
