Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. And Partially Organizational Citizenship Behavior influence the Employee Performance PT. Kaltrabu Indah Tour & Travel Banjarmasin significant effect. Simultaneously influence Work Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Employee Performance PT.
