Nowadays beyond itstechnical aspects, the analysis of soft factors (corporate culture, organization, management, human resource management,knowledge transfer practices) have come to the fore. However, there are few sources available to the lean organization to find out what organizational changes are taking place alongside the lean application, and what organizational structures are being developed. In this study, the author is presenting the lean organizational structure, the international examples, and with the help of five Hungarian corporate solutions and the literature of organizational theories synthesizes the lean organizational forms." @default.
