- W3016182488 abstract "문화적 다양성이 혁신과 창의성을 촉진한다는 관점에서 여성 공학인력 양성을 위한 노력들이 이어지고 있다. 그러나, 실제 공학 분야 여성 인력 비중은 여전히 낮으며 남성이 절대적으로 많은 수를 차지하고 있는 공학 분야에서 공학계열 여학생들은 여러 가지 진로장벽에 부딪히며 어려움을 겪는다. 본 연구의 목적은 공학계열 여대생의 진로준비 행동에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 탐색함으로써 진로교육을 위한 정책적·실천적 시사점을 제공하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 사회인지진로이론에 기반하여 진로준비행동의 선행 요인으로 교육과정 인식, 진로결정자기효능감, 진로결과기대, 전공흥미를 상정하였으며, 전국 13개 대학 공학계열 여대생 547명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하고 가설적 연구모형을 검증하였다. 연구결과, 연구모형은 양호한 적합도를 보였으며, 진로결정자기효능감에 대한 교육과정 인식의 영향력, 진로결과기대에 대한 교육과정 인식과 진로결정자기효능감의 영향력, 전공흥미에 대한 진로결정자기효능감의 영향력, 진로준비행동에 대한 전공흥미의 영향력이 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 진로결과기대가 전공흥미에 미치는 영향력은 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 공학계열 여대생들의 진로준비행동을 교육과정인식, 진로결정자기효능감, 전공흥미의 총체적인 과정을 통해 이해할 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 각 요인들을 촉진시키기 위한 전략들에 대해 논의하였다.Cultural diversity in the engineering field is an important factor in promoting innovation and creativity. In this context, efforts are made to nurture female engineers, but in the male-centered engineering culture, female engineering students suffer from a variety of career barriers. The purpose of this study is to provide practical and theoretical implications for career education by analyzing the relationship between variables affecting career preparation behavior of female engineering students. For this purpose, based on the Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT), it was presumed that perception of curriculum, career decision-making self-efficacy, career outcome expectation, and major interest were predictors of career preparation behavior. Data were collected from 547 college students from 13 universities and the hypothetical research model was verified. The results of the study showed that the research model showed a good fit, and the effect of perception of curriculum on career decision-making self-efficacy, the effect of perception of curriculum and career decision-making self-efficacy on career outcome expectation, the effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on major interest, and the effect of major interest on career preparation behavior were statistically significant. On the other hand, the effect of career outcome expectation on major interest was not statistically significant. Based on the results, it was found that the career preparation behaviors of female engineering students need to be understood through the whole process of perception of curriculum, career decision-making self-efficacy, and major interest, and strategies for promoting each factor were discussed." @default.
