- W3022549322 abstract "To construct a competency model for junior caregivers for the elderly and to provide a reference for the selection, evaluation and training for the junior caregivers for the elderly. Methods: Firstly, we drafted the primary competency model for junior caregivers for the elderly through literature review. Then, we used Delphi method to carry out 2 rounds of questionnaire survey for 20 experts to optimize the indicators for primary model. The weight of each indicator is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and expert sequencing method. Results: The effective recovery rates of the two-round questionnaire were 87% and 100%, respectively. The expert authority coefficient was 0.70-0.93, and the average authority coefficient was 0.80. The final version of the competency model for junior caregivers for the elderly included 4 first-grade indexes, 11 second-grade indexes and 37 third-grade indexes. Conclusion: The competency model for the junior caregivers for the elderly is reliable and can be used as the reference standard for the selection, evaluation and training for the junior caregivers for the elderly.目的：构建初级养老护理员胜任力模型，为初级养老护理员的选拔、考核和培训提供参考。方法：运用文献回顾法建立初级养老护理员胜任力初级模型；运用Delphi法对20名专家进行2轮函询，对初级模型各级指标进行修改与完善，并运用层次分析法和专家排序法确定各级指标权重。结果：两轮函询问卷的有效回收率分别为87%和100%；专家权威系数为0.70~0.93，平均权威系数为0.80；最终确立的初级养老护理员胜任力模型包含4个一级指标、11个二级指标、37个三级指标。结论：所构建的初级养老护理员胜任力模型结果可靠，可作为初级养老护理员选拔、考核和培训的参考标准。." @default.
