• W3024635062 abstract "تعتبر الجامعة مؤسسة علمية اجتماعية تساهم مع غيرها من المؤسسات في مواجهة تحديات المستقبل للنهوض بالمجتمع مع تحقيق التنمية المتوازية بل أنها تعتبر من أهم المؤسسات ، وتکتسب الملکية الفکرية أهمية کبيرة في المؤسسات وتعد أداة استراتيجية في قطاع الأعمال ، فازدادت أهميتها بحيث أصبحت تدفع مؤسسات الأعمال إلى الحرص على إدارة أصولها من الملکية الفکرية بوصفها المحرک الرئيسي نحو تکوين ميزة تنافسية والحفاظ عليها .وقد برزت إدارة أصول الملکية الفکرية لتصبح مجالا رئيسا من مجالات الاختصاص في قطاع الأعمال وهي تضاهي في أهميتها استيعاب مفاهيم مثل الابتکار والتکنولوجيا والتسويق والمال والتدبير المؤسسي واقتصاديات الصناعة واستراتيجياتها ، کما تعتبر الجامعة معقلا أساسيا من معاقل إنتاج المصنفات الفکرية ، وبما أن مشکلات وقضايا الملکية الفکرية کثيرة ومتعددة ، فإنها تتعقد في الجامعة  فالجامعات والکليات من أکبر المؤسسات المنتجة والمستهلکة للملکية الفکرية ، فأعضاء هيئة التدريس يقومون بإجراء بحوثهم و دراساتهم وبعض المصنفات الإبداعية الأخرى ثم يستهلکون بحوثا ومصنفات إبداعية قام بها أخرون في تدريسهم أو في الخدمة العامة للمجتمع، وأصبح لزاما على کليات التربية کمؤسسة تربوية  أن تعمل على مواکبة وملاحقة التطورات الجديدة والاسهام فيها حتى يکون بمقدورها أن تؤدى الأدوار والمهام المنوطة بها بکفاءة ، وهدفت الدراسة الى رصد واقع حقوق الملکية الفکرية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات التربية بمصر ، واقتصرت الدراسة على کلية البنات جامعة عين شمس کعينة تمثل الحياة الجامعية ، من خلال مجموعة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالکلية ، خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني من العام الدراسي 2012-2013، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لتحليل الواقع الکمي لجهود حماية حقوق الملکية الفکرية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات التربية بمصر، والواقع الکيفي بأسلوب التحليل الرباعي (SWOT) ، وتوصلت الدراسة الى تصور مقترح لحماية حقوق الملکية الفکرية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بکلية البنات جامعة عين شمس.  The university is considered a social scientific institution that contributes with other institutions in facing the challenges of the future to advance society while achieving parallel development.
