- W3026508769 abstract "Trichophyton tonsurans 感染症は，東海地方では2000年秋に岐阜県で第１例が確認され，急速に広がっている．このタイプの白癬はKOH鏡検だけでなく，真菌培養がその診断に必要である．著者はセロファン粘着テープを真菌検査に用いることを推奨し，この５年間に東海地方の皮膚科医からテープ検体を郵送してもらい，この感染症を診断している．75例すべてKOH法陽性で，うち61例からT. tonsurans が得られた．その内訳は，男54例，女７例，競技別では柔道32例(52％)，レスリング24例(39％)，相撲２例，家族・友人３例であった．年齢別では高校生46例(75％)，大学生・成人９例(15％)，中学生以下６例(10％)，ほとんどの症例で顔面，頚部，頭部に病巣を認め，手の爪白癬例の高校レスリング部員例もあった．体部白癬からの検体の数枚に，生毛内に寄生する菌糸が認められた．今回の流行では報告されている患者は氷山の一角と考えられる．私たちは岐阜県柔道協会の医科学委員と協力し，啓蒙に努め，大会前のブラシ検査などの要望にもこたえられる体制を作りつつある．今後このシステムを継続し，T. tonsurans の水際での蔓延防止に役立てたいと考えている．" @default.
