- W3028621275 abstract "目的 分析缺血性脑卒中患者预后及其相关影响因素.方法 回顾性分析2008年至2010年阜阳市人民医院神经内科住院患者1553例,所有患者在入院时均通过头颅CT或MRI检查证实为缺血性脑卒中,在病后1年内对患者进行残障量表(mRS)、Barthel指数(BI)评估,了解患者预后情况.结果 1553例缺血性脑卒中患者中,病后1年内无残障或轻度残障(mRS 0～3分)者占76.3％,严重残障(mRS 4～5分)者占19.9％,死亡占3.8％.mRS和BI两种评估方法一致性较好(P＜0.01).BI评估的多因素回归分析显示年龄、单病灶、卒中史、并发症、糖尿病史5个因素与病后1年的预后相关.结论 年龄小、单发病灶、既往无糖尿病和脑卒中史,无并发症者预后较好。" @default.
