- W3028625875 abstract "目的观察个体化健康教育在精神科住院患者预防跌倒中的应用效果。方法选择2015年11月至2017年11月舟山市第二人民医院精神科住院部收治的精神科住院患者160例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将上述患者分为两组。其中80例患者实施传统健康教育，即对照组；另80例患者实施传统健康教育＋个体化健康教育，即研究组。将以上两组患者对跌倒相关知识的掌握情况以及跌倒发生率情况进行比较分析。结果研究组患者对跌倒的相关因素、危险因素、预防常识以及严重后果的了解度分别为65.00%、77.50%、82.50%、83.75%，均明显高于对照组(2.50%、5.00%、6.25%、10.00%)，两组差异均有统计学意义(χ2＝284.55、223.70、368.75、122.84，均P<0.05)；研究组患者的跌倒发生率为2.50%，明显低于对照组(11.25%)(χ2＝4.78，P<0.05)。结论对于精神科住院患者，实施个体化健康教育可增强其对跌倒相关知识的掌握度，有效降低跌倒发生率。" @default.
