- W3028680580 abstract "Objective To evaluate effects of ways,measures and applyments of going to scale cataract-surgery in minority region.Methods To analyze 5218 cataract surgery's curative effects and summarize “ of Love Journey 604 going to scale cataract-surgery models' experiences.Results Followup observations of the 5218 patients with cataract,1 - 3days later,the number of visual acuity which lies 0.1 -0.25was 1034,accounted for 18.01 parcent of the total,the number of visual acuity which lies 0.3 -0.6 was 3215,accounted for 56.00 parcent,the number of visual acuity which was 0.8 or higher was 1492,accounted for 25.99 parcent.The visual restoration rate was 100％.the rate out of clefor mity is 80.18％.Followup observations of the 1326 operated eyes were made for 3 to 6 months,The 278 eyes whose visual acuity was 0.1 - 0.3,accounted for 20.96 parcent,The 1048 eyes whose visual acuity was 0.4 - 1.2,accounted for 79.03 parcent.From May 21 to June 10,there are 604 cataract operations were made by Bright of Love Journey,30.2 operations per day.30 -40 operations were made by one performer in one day,39 operations in May 27.Conclusion Small-incision cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is the best measure to accelerate sight rehabilitating engineering for cataract in minority region.According to the cataract extraction to help poor people to resume vision,achieving the model of going to scale cataract-suranteed the successful completion of government,Disabled Federation and Charities Aid Foundation's mass.Light actions and has major social benefits as well as promotional values.Key words: Cataract; Going to scale; Operation mode; Minority area" @default.
