- W3028688230 abstract "目的评价高度轴性近视的白内障摘出及后房人工晶状体植入术的疗效.方法对46例(56眼)施行现代白内障囊外摘出术联合后房人工晶状体植入术的高度轴性近视的白内障患者进行回顾性分析.结果植入后房人工晶状体的56眼,眼轴平均长(28.42±1.64)mm(27.0～33.1mm).术后矫正视力≥0.5者为47.92%,脱残率为75.00%,脱盲率为91.67%.结论现代白内障囊外摘出人工晶状体植入术是治疗高度轴性近视白内障的有效方法之一,但眼轴过长(＞29mm)者视力恢复较差.视力较差的主要原因为高度近视所致的眼底病变." @default.
