- W3028771736 abstract "目的 总结随访带血管蒂髂骨块植入治疗成人股骨头坏死的疗效.方法 1983年1月～2005年1月采用带血管蒂髂骨块植入治疗并获得3年以上随访者187例(208侧)成人股骨头坏死患者.股骨头坏死ARCO分期:Ⅱ期32侧,其中ⅡA期16侧,ⅡB期10侧,ⅡC期6侧;Ⅲ期170侧,ⅢA期91侧,ⅢB期60侧,ⅢC期19侧;Ⅳ期6侧.统计随访各期的优良率.结果 187例(208侧)患者术后获3～22年(平均9.5年)随访.按中华医学会骨坏死学组制定的全国统一疗效标准(1995年,丹东)评价疗效.32侧Ⅱ期中,优29侧,良3侧,优良率为100%;170侧Ⅲ期中,优124侧,良32侧,可12侧,差2侧,优良率为91.8%;Ⅳ期6侧,良3侧,差3侧,优良率为50%.合计208侧中,优153侧,良38侧,可12侧,差5侧,优良率为91.8%.结论 带血管蒂髂骨块植入治疗成人股骨头坏死效果良好,手术损伤小,操作简单,值得推广。" @default.
