- W3028936095 abstract "Objective To sum up and discuss the improvement of the subretinal drainage method in rhegmatogenous retinal detachment surgery and its clinical effect.Methods Eighty-five patients (87 eyes) with rhegmatogenous retina detachment were chosen and given treatment in the way of cryotherapy + cold-needle drainage of subretinal fluid + outsclera pressing (or combined with seleral encircling operation).Results Eighty-two eyes were cured with one operation,accounting for 94.25％; 3 eyes were cured with two operations,accounting for 3.45％.The general success rate of scleral buckling surgery was 97.70％.Two cases had hemorrhage related to subretinal drainage and were cured through treatment without any other complications.Conclusions The direct cold-needle drainage of subretinal fluid is simple,effective,safe and feasible with few complications,therefore it is worth being use widely.Key words: Rhegmatogenous retina detachment; Cold-needle drainage of subretinal fluid; Complications" @default.
