- W3028997445 abstract "Objective To investigate the mental health of suspect and final diagnosis H1N1 patients during isolation period,and provide mental intervention direction and accordance for patients in particular environment.Methods To adopt SCL - 90 ( symptom checklist) to assessment the psychologic status of suspect and final diagnosis H1N1 patients in isolation period,and compare to norm.SPSS 11.0was used to statistical analysis the index of interference and anterior - posterior,P ＜ 0.05 means statistical significance.Results Compared to norm,vaccinum H1N1 patients had significant difference in total score general mean,coercion,depressed,antagonistic,paranoia and other items ( P ＜ 0.05 ).were the depressed score obviously top to internal norm,the development of depressed relate to multifactor.Conclusions Emergency accident could create harmful effects to public psychological,and it is necessary for the medical staff to carry psychological assessment and mental intervention of isolator.Key words: H1N1 patients; Insulation; Psychological stress; Interference" @default.
