- W3029125563 abstract "Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention effectiveness on weaning time of meahanical ventilation in paticents with postcardiac surgery.Methods Ninety patients in cardiac surgery ward were randomly divided into control group (42 cases) and experiment group (48 cases).The timeof the weaning was assessed.The indexes of psychology,soreness and behavior for obeying doctors were also observed.Results The weaning time in the experiment group was earlier than that of the contrast group ( P ＜ 0.01 ) The indexes of anxiety,the situation from soreness's distribution and the number of trending fidgety,vomitting tube,pulling out tube by oneself were lower than those of the control group ( P ＜ 0.01 ).Conclusions Nusing intervention can reduce the time of mechanical ventilation.Key words: Nursing intervention ; Postcardiac surgery ; Mechanical ventilation ; Weaning time" @default.
