- W3029177029 abstract "目的探究分析舌牵引辅助下纤维支气管镜引导气管插管在困难气道中的应用价值。方法选择2016年11月至2017年11月期间在本院接受治疗的80例困难气道患者为研究对象，将所有患者通过随机数字表法进行分析，各40例。其中一组患者单纯在纤维支气管镜引导下经口行气管插管，即单纯组；另一组患者在舌牵引辅助下纤维支气管镜引导气管插管，即辅助组。比较两组患者的首次尝试插管成功率、气管插管总成功率，并将两组患者气管插管时间、术后1 d咽喉疼痛率、水肿发生率以及满意度（患者、家属）情况进行对比分析。结果辅助组患者的首次尝试插管成功率为87.50%、气管插管总成功率为95.00%均明显高于单纯组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；辅助组患者的气管插管时间为（74.64±18.64）s明显短于单纯组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；辅助组患者术后1 d咽喉疼痛率为2.50%、水肿发生率为5.00%均明显低于单纯组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；辅助组患者满意度为97.50%、家属满意度为92.50%均明显高于单纯组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论舌牵引辅助下纤维支气管镜引导气管插管在困难气道中具有较高的应用价值，可有效提高插管成功率，值得在今后临床中推荐应用。" @default.
