- W3029189099 abstract "Objective To establish a monitoring system of antimicrobial drug application in hos-pital,in order to promote the clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents. Methods The use of antibac-terial drugs in Binzhou central hospital before and after the establishment of monitoring system of antibiot-ic drugs in outpatient,emergency prescription and use of antimicrobial drugs in inpatients medical records were analyzed,the clinical use of antibacterial drugs monitoring indexes before and after the establish-ment of monitoring system of antibiotic drugs were compared. Results After the establishment of monito-ring system,the antimicrobial usage,intensity of use,antimicrobial agents mean costs in hospitalized pa-tients,the percentage of total drug expenses,the rates of special grade antimicrobial drugs usage and the operation preventive use of antibiotics,medication time decreased significantly（P﹤0. 05）,an the patho-gens sending rate improved（ P﹤0. 05 ）. Conclusions Establish the monitoring system of antimicrobial drug application in hospital by modern information technology,can effectively promote the clinical ration-al use of antibacterial drugs,so it has application value.Key words: Antimicrobial drugs Monitoring system Application value" @default.
