- W3029208096 abstract "Objective To investigate the hope level of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) hospitalized patients and its correlation with social support,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical nursing.Methods To selecte 89 cases hospitalized patients with COPD,and hearth hope scale (HHS) and social support scale (SSRS) were used to carry on the investigation,and the correlation of them was analyzed.Results Hope level of patients with COPD was low,and the dimension scores of positive attitude of future and reality,positive action,keeping close relationship with others respectively were (6.31 ± 1.32),(6.82 ± 2.12),(8.01 ± 1.71).The dimension scores of SSRS such as objective support,subjective support,availability of social support respectively were (8.35 ± 3.16),(13.39 ± 4.80),(10.71 ± 3.55).The social support was positively correlated with the hope level among patients with COPD (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions The hope level of patients with COPD is low,which related with the level of social support,and nurses should provide corresponding nursing for patients with COPD in order to improve the level of hope to patients,and promote the effect of treatment and nursing.Key words: Pulmonary disease, chronic obstructive; Social support; Hope; Correlation; Hospitalized patients" @default.
