- W3029218489 abstract "目的 探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)16、18感染的子宫颈癌患者子宫颈癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化因子(TGF-β1)的表达及其意义.方法 取99例子宫颈癌患者(试验组)及54例对照组患者子宫颈分泌物,用荧光基因定量聚合酶链反应法(FQ-PCR法)检测HPV16、18基因.对HPV16、18感染的子宫颈癌组Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者用免疫组化方法检测子宫颈癌组织中VEGF、TGF-β1的表达.结果 试验组HPV16、18检出率54%,对照组检出率为7%,试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).VEGF、TGF-β 1在宫颈鳞癌Ⅰ期的表达均为80%,Ⅱ期的表达分别为69%、77%,且在Ⅰ、Ⅱ期表达呈增高趋势.VEGF、TGF-β1在年龄≥45岁、肿瘤直径≥4 cm、浸润间质深度≥1/2的患者明显高于年龄＜45岁、肿瘤直径＜4 cm、浸润间质深度＜1/2的患者,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 HPV16、18感染可能为子宫颈癌的主要危险因素,HPV上调VEGF启动子的活性,VEGF可促进肿瘤血管的新生与肿瘤细胞的转移;TGF-β1可能与机体免疫功能降低及肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监视有关。" @default.
