- W3029240868 abstract "目的探究序贯肠内营养对重症脑卒中患者营养状态及生活质量的影响。方法将96例重症脑卒中患者用计算机随机数字法分为序贯肠内营养组（SEN组，n＝48）和肠内营养组（EN组，n＝48）。观察两组患者治疗前后营养指标[血红蛋白（Hb）、白蛋白（ALB）、前白蛋白（PA）、上臂三头肌肌围（MAMC）]和生活质量评分水平变化情况，比较并发症发生率差异。结果治疗14 d后，两组患者血清Hb、ALB、PA及MAMC均较治疗前降低，且SEN组高于EN组（P<0.05），生活质量评分则较治疗前升高，且SEN组高于EN组（P<0.05）；SEN组患者并发症发生率低于EN组（P<0.05）。结论SEN较EN更有利于改善重症脑卒中患者的营养状态和生活水平，且能减少并发症发生，改善预后。" @default.
