- W3029249429 abstract "Objective To observe the effect of hospital and family effective linkage in early intervention for high-risk infants,and to seek effective and feasible intervention methods.Methods 312 cases of high-risk infants were randomly divided into family conventional group (referred to parenting group) and family and hospital intervention group (intervention group),two groups in the hospital were treated with the same comprehensive treatment,all using the same routine comprehensive treatment,the intervention group let parents participate in the intervention program,based on training treatment in the hospital,taking advantage of the role of family,have some rehabilitation training at least two times per day.While group only relied on medical institutions after coming home,with only general life care,without any other training.Results The fine movement,the adaptive capacity and social behavior of high-risk infants in the intervention group was 97.32％,much higher than that of the control group (94.19％),showing statistical significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The therapeutic efficiency rate,effective rate and the total effective rate of intervention group were 14.2％,82.1％ and 96.3％,significantly higher than those of the control group (10％,73.3％ and 83.3％).Conclusion To establish standard hospital and family effective linkage for early intervention of high risk infants can promote the neurological,psychological and behavioral development,its model is feasible.Key words: High-risk infants ; Brain damage ; Early intervention ; Rehabilitation program ; Hospital and family ; Effective linkage ;" @default.
