- W3029290146 abstract "目的研究吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法选取本院2016年1月至2017年1月收治的102例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿作为研究对象，采用电脑随机抽取的方式将所有患儿分为对照组和观察组，每组51例，对照组患儿采用常规治疗，观察组患儿在对照组的基础上采用吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗，实施临床对比分析。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为98.04%，对照组治疗总有效率为88.24%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿咳嗽改善时间和消失时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）；观察组患儿总不良反应率为5.88%，对照组患儿总不良反应率为27.45%，观察组明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论吸入丙酸氟替卡松治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘具有降低不良反应发生率，优化咳嗽缓解、消失，提升治疗效果的作用，具有临床应用及推广价值。" @default.
