- W3029304788 abstract "Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) on myopia.Methods From December 2009 to June 2010,214 eyes of 107 patients required excimer laser keratectomy.According to preoperative astigmatism,they were divided into three groups:group Ⅰ,68eyes,no astigmatism; group Ⅱ,106 eyes,astigmatism:-0.25--2.25 D; group Ⅲ,40 eyes,astigmatism:- 2.25--4.25 D,they were followed-up for one year,and the results were analyzed and compared.Results The postoperative uncorrected visual acuity of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ has no statistical difference,but that of group Ⅰ was significantly better than that of group Ⅱ and Ⅲ,there were significant differences( P ＜ 0.05 ) ; Postoperative residual astigmatism:group Ⅰ:(-0.06 ±0.21 )D,group Ⅱ:(-0.12 ±0.45)D,group Ⅲ:(-0.19 ±0.51 ) D.Conclusions Excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy for treatment of myopia is effective,especially for low and moderate myopia,worthy to be popularized in clinic.Key words: Excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy ; Curative effect" @default.
