- W3029331289 abstract "目的观察微创手术治疗老年高血压脑出血（HCH）的疗效及对血清IL-6、hs-CRP及NSE的影响。方法收集2014年1月至2016年6月于本院接受传统开颅手术与微创手术治疗的老年HCH患者各36例，设为对照组和观察组，对比两组手术情况、手术前后神经功能缺损（NIHSS）评分和血清IL-6、hs-CRP、NSE水平。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、术后1个月残余血肿量及住院时间均显著低于对照组（均P<0.05）；术后1周、1个月，观察组NIHSS评分、血清IL-6、hs-CRP、NSE水平均显著低于对照组（均P<0.05）；观察组术后并发症发生率为5.56%，显著低于对照组的19.44%（P<0.05）。结论微创手术治疗老年HCH疗效确切、创伤小、术后恢复快，能够降低术后并发症、血清炎症因子及NSE，促进神经功能康复。" @default.
