- W3029389901 abstract "目的 探讨妊娠合并血小板减少症产妇剖宫产术中有效的麻醉方法及管理.方法 选择血小板计数(PC)＜100×109/L的产妇50例,对35例PC≥50×109/L产妇行椎管内麻醉(观察组),其中硬膜外麻醉15例、蛛网膜下隙麻醉20例;对15例PC＜50×109/L产妇行全身麻醉(对照组).比较分析两组剖宫产术中产妇出血量及新生儿情况.结果 所有妊娠合并血小板减少症产妇剖宫产术后均未出现并发症;观察组产妇术中出血量为(438.5±112.0)ml,对照组为(466.5±106.5)ml,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);对产后1 min新生儿进行Apgar评分,观察组新生儿重度窒息发生率(14.3%,5/35)明显低于对照组(46.7%,7/15)(P＜0.05).结论 妊娠合并血小板减少症产妇应根据实际情况合理选择麻醉方式,充分评估病情及做好术前准备。" @default.
