- W3029420970 abstract "目的探讨经鼻持续气道正压通气(CPAP)对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)合并高血压患者的影响。方法选取OSAHS合并高血压患者40例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分成A组20例和B组20例。A组予常规降压药物治疗，B组在A组治疗基础上联合经鼻CPAP治疗，比较两组治疗后呼吸暂停指数、呼吸暂停及低通气时间、低通气指数、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、血压变化情况。结果B组低于80%以下血氧饱和度(SpO2)次数(7.51±2.23)次、呼吸暂停指数(8.56±4.22)、低通气指数(6.02±2.41)，均低于A组的(20.33±7.92)次、(20.62±14.51)、(10.9±12.11)(t＝4.565、4.000、3.095，均P 0.05)；与A组相比，治疗后B组SBP、DBP控制得更明显(t＝3.766、3.277，均P<0.05)。结论经鼻CPAP对改善OSAHS合并高血压患者的低氧血症及血压有明显的疗效。" @default.
