- W3029438411 abstract "目的了解一般人群的睡眠质量特点及自测健康状况并探讨睡眠质量和自测健康的关系.方法采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、自测健康评定量表(SRHMS)评定某市睡眠日咨询活动现场的一般人群(201例)睡眠质量、自测健康状况及相互关系.结果 PSQI测评结果显示一般人群中43.8%(n＝88)的人总分>7分,存在睡眠质量问题;56.2%(n＝113)的人总分≤7分,睡眠质量较好,两组间PSQI各因子得分、总分均有显著性差异(P<0.05);SRHMS测评结果显示存在睡眠质量问题组与无睡眠质量问题组在身体症状和器官功能、心理症状与负向情绪、角色活动、社会资源与社会接触、生理、心理、社会子量表、健康总量表得分具有显著性差异(P<0.05).相关分析显示睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率与SRHMS中的身体症状与器官功能、生理健康子量表和总量表得分呈显著性负相关(P<0.01),安眠药物同身体症状与器官功能、角色活动得分呈显著性负相关(P<0.01).结论睡眠质量对一般人群健康状况具有重要影响,广泛开展睡眠保健知识的健康教育,对促进一般人群生活质量的整体提高具有重要意义." @default.
