- W3029481808 abstract "目的 调查无锡市某三级甲等综合医院临床护士职业应激情况并分析相关影响因素,为护理管理提供可靠的理论依据.方法 采用中国护士应激源量表(CNSS)对434名临床护士进行问卷调查,统计CNSS得分情况并进行分析.结果 “与工作负荷有关的应激源”是临床护士主要的职业应激源,维度平均得分(11.87±3.58)分；“付出与得到不成正比”与“护理工作的社会地位低”两个条目得分最高,分别为(16.54±6.61)和(15.84±7.43)分；单因素分析中,大专学历护士的“与护士期望有关”及“与接触濒死患者有关”得分(11.95±5.90),(10.32±5.01)分,均高于本科护士(9.01±3.54),(8.71±2.92)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=0.024,0.019；P＜0.05).但在回归分析中,年龄、学历等因素对临床护士职业应激水平影响差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 作为护理管理者应把帮助护士缓解压力,合理增加人员配置,提高工作效率,增加收入待遇,作为缓解临床护士职业应激水平的手段。" @default.
