- W3029529537 abstract "目的 评价宫颈上皮内瘤病变与人类乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的关系.方法 对该院158例宫颈细胞学异常患者进行阴道镜下宫颈多点活检,同时采用杂交捕获试验法(HC-Ⅱ)进行HPV检测.结果 HPV在慢性宫颈炎、非典型鳞状上皮增生、低度鳞状上皮内瘤病变、高度鳞状上皮内瘤病变、宫颈癌的检出率分别为8.7%、34.7%、68.9%、83.3%,其阳性率随病变程度呈趋势性增高(P＜0.01).结论 宫颈上皮内瘤病变、宫颈癌与HPV感染密切相关,随着病变程度的加重,HPV检出率增加,提示HPV为宫颈癌的高危因素.宫颈HC-Ⅱ的检测可用于不典型鳞状细胞(ASCUS)、低度鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)、高度鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)患者活检前的筛查。" @default.
