- W3029547964 abstract "Objective To explore the diagnosis value of serum GLU, TC, CRP to diabetes complicated with coronary heart disease patients.Methods Determination was made to serum GLU,TC, CRP for normal group as control (35 examples ), the diabetic group (85 examples) and diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease group ( 58 examples ) respectively.GLU and TC were tested with BECKMAN CX-7 automatic biochemical analyzer.CRP was detected with i-CHROMA Reader immune fluorescence analyzer.Results The indexs of normal control group were GLU(5.29 ± 0.15)mmol/L,TC(4.20 ± 1.03) mmol/L,CRP (0.68 ± 0.30)mg/L.The indexs of diabetic group were GLU (8.33 ± 0.31)mmol/L,TC(4.98 ± 1.12) mmol/L,CRP(2.51 ± 1.31) mg/L.The indexs of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease group were GLU(9.98 ± 1.24)mmol/L,TC(5.02 ± 0.87) mmol/L, CRP(5.29 ± 1.26)mg/L respectively.The GLU 、CRP of diabetic group and diabetic patients with coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in normal control group ( P＜ 0.01 ).But the TC of diabetic group and normal control group had not difference (P＞ 0.05).The GLU,TC,CRP of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease group were higher than those in the diabetic group(P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The joint detection of GLU,TC and CRP has a preferable clinical value in the orediction and diagnosis of diabetes oatients with atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease.Key words: C- reactive protein; Cholesterol; Diabetes; Coronary heart disease" @default.
