- W3029565520 abstract "目的:观察肿瘤坏死因子-α在角膜移植免疫排斥反应中的作用.方法:将主要组织相容性系统完全不同的近交系F344大鼠的角膜植片移植到另一近交系Lou大鼠的角膜上.分为A对照组,B同基因移植组,C异基因移植组,D异基因移植抗体治疗组.治疗组自手术之日起,每日结膜下注射TNF单克隆抗体0.1ml,其他组注入等量生理盐水,连续观察28天.对角膜植片透明情况进行评分,观察其临床效果,利用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)技术检测不同时间外周血清中TNF-α的水平.结果:异基因移植大鼠植片平均存活时间为10.2±1.94天,而抗体治疗组平均为13.8±2.17天,二者相比差异有显著性(P＜0.01).术后3天各组大鼠血清TNP-α浓度均有升高,术后7天同基因移植组降至正常水平,而异基因组渐趋升高,达95.2±12.5Pg/ml,异基因治疗组为78.1±20.5,二者相比差异有显著性(P＜0.05).结论:TNF-α在角膜移植免疫排斥反应中发挥重要作用,应用抗TNF-α单克隆抗体可抑制角膜移植免疫排斥反应,延长植片透明时间." @default.
