- W3029668009 abstract "目的 探讨护士长人本化管理干预对减轻精神科护士工作倦怠感的影响.方法 将80例精神科护士随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组进行常规的管理,观察组给予人本化管理干预.采用工作倦怠感量表(MBI)[1]进行评定,该量表主要包含了3个分量表,分别测量:情绪疲溃感量表(EE)、去人格化量表(DP)、个人成就感量表(PA).结果 干预前,两组精神科护士EE、DP、PA评分比较均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);人本化管理干预1年后,观察组EE、DP评分明显低于对照组,PA评分明显高于对照组,两组比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 护士长人本化管理干预能明显减轻精神科护士的工作倦怠感,从而使精神科护士发挥其主观能动性,提高护理质量。" @default.
