- W3029679103 abstract "目的 观察碳酸利多卡因表皮湿敷对小儿静脉穿刺的镇痛效果.方法对我科2003年4～10月收治的5～10岁住院的需进行静脉输液治疗的患儿,采取双盲随机分组:实验组(碳酸利多卡因)、对照组(生理盐水)和自身对照组,共137人次,观察碳酸利多卡因药液和生理盐水湿敷后的局部镇痛效果.结果碳酸利多卡因药液手背湿敷麻醉无痛率达84.4%,生理盐水湿敷无痛率30.1%.碳酸利多卡因与生理盐水湿敷自身对照组无痛率分别为78%和18.4%.二者之间的镇痛效果有显著差异(P＜0.05).结论碳酸利多卡因药液局部湿敷镇痛效果好,无任何副作用,在不影响治疗的基础上,能安全、有效、方便实施治疗过程,值得在临床上推广使用。" @default.
