- W3029693685 abstract "目的 探讨对接受辅助生殖技术治疗的不孕不育症患者进行护理干预的效果.方法 于2005年1月至2006年8月将接受辅助生殖技术治疗的不孕不育患者随机分为两组.实验组195例,其中包括IUI术131例,IVF术64例,术前、术中及术后均采用严格的护理程序进行干预.对照组207例,其中包括IUI术136例,IVF术71例,采用既往常规操作程序进行处理.比较两组患者在满意度及受孕成功率两个指标方面的差异.结果 实验组在满意度方面,接受IUI手术的组别及接受IVF手术的组别均明显优于对照组的相应组别(P＜0.05),受孕成功率方面接受IUI手术的组别优于对照组的相应组别(P＜0.05),但接受IVF手术的组别在实验组与对照组间未见显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论 在辅助生殖技术治疗不孕不育症中进行护理干预可提高患者的满意度,甚至提高IUI手术受孕的成功率,是值得推广应用的良好措施。" @default.
